 How is the INSTRUMENT applied to solve City environmental problems ?

The work on protection of environment in Tashkent City is conducted in following directions: 

• inventarization, or determination of quality composition of emissions, dumps and wastes, appearing in each enterprise;
• development and set of norms for, each enterprise on break-even, emissions, water consumption, burial of waste with the giving of "Permission";
• integration of economical mechanist of nature consumption;
• ecological expertise of project documentation on the building of new and reconstruction of current industrial objects.

The protection of flora consists of complex measures for population awareness, sanitary trees cutting conduction, removal of in perspective species which pollute the city, as well as government control on forest cutting and decorative plantations damage.
