  How is the INSTRUMENT developed in the City in general

The permission on emission and dumps of pollutants, water consuption and waste burial is obtained by all big nature consumers, and the work on protection of environment is conducted with them. Because of low technical equipment of enterprise, Tashkent City Committee on Protection Environment and Uzglavgidromet conduct only periodical control of set norms and observatiion on environment pollution. The development is slow because of financial problems.
