  How is the INSTRUMENT developed in the City in general

The 1992 was set the payment only form overnorm emission, dumps of pollutants, water consumption , waste burial. In 2000 this payment was reset, now it requires payment for total volume of harmful emissions and wastes. These means had come to Tashkent City Committee on protection of environment, and since 2000 - to City budget. The control of extra charge of payments is conducted by Tashkent City Committee on protection of environment, and in time payments is controlled by tax-collectors.
