Waste disposal

  What is the general situation with the ISSUE?

Annually on the territories of industrial enterprises of the city approximately 7 thousands of tons of different level toxicity waste is accumulated. According to the data from the Ministry of Macroeconomics and Statistics, the main mass of waste consists of medium-toxic substances of the third and fourth levels of danger.
The waste of the first level of danger contains six-valent chrome, mercury, organical chlorine; waste of the second level of danger contains sulphuric acid, arsenic and others; waste of the third level-copper, lead zinc, oil waste, and of the fourth level-asbestos, phosphorous, fluorine.



Except this, there is a waste on the territories of enterprises, which was accumulated during previous years, including near 200 thousand pieces perfected quicksilver of containing tubes.



The registration of solid consumer waste quantity is not conducted, there is only data on their removal.
