    What is causing the problems 

The main mass of the industrial waste (70%) because of the absence of modern and acceptable technologeis of their utilization is removed from the city for the burial.



The solid consumer waste because of absence of processing enterprises also removed to the out-skirts.



There are lack of special transport vehicles and low level of culture  of population in the city, that is why there are also many spontaneous dumps.
