 Kaffar Shashi mausoleum

Abu-Bakr-Mukhammad Kaffal Shashi - the Tashkent citizen, one of the preachers and distributors of shafiit, was also very educated theologian and poet.
The current mausoleum was built in 1541 on the place of more ancient building. The Mazar Kaffal Shashi was very popular. Abdullakhan II visited it for the worship. For the attracting of big quantity of worshippers and supporters from clergy he financed the building of the mausoleum on the tomb of Boba Khodja Sheikh.
