  What is the general situation with the ISSUE

According to the data of "Uzglavgidromet" the total mineralization of precipitations during the period from 1996 to 1999 fluctuated from 30,55 to 69,9 mgr/dm3 with background value of pH=5,5. The content of sulphates in precipitations fluctuates from 5,7 to 16,5 mgr/dm3 with background value 10-15 mgr/dm3; the content of nitrates - from 2,9 to 13,5 mgr/dm3 with background value 2-6 mgr/dm3.
