 What is the SECTOR in the city like

The industry of the city consists of enterprises of different branchs of Republic economy: machine building, building materials, chemistry, textile production, food industry.
Many of these enterprises are big production complexes, occupging big territories in the city and influencing negatively the environment. But in recent years as the result of economic reforms conduction in Tashkent and Uzbekistan has appeared a big number of small and medium enterprises, which use the newest technology, and that is why their pressure on the environment is not substantial enough.
