The power-engineering Industry of Tashkent city includes the enterprises on the production of electric power and heating of dwelling and production establishments.
The main enterprises of power engineering are Tashkent Electric Center (TEC), Tashkent GREC and a number of district heating stations.
All these enterprises as fuels use natural gas and mazut.
